Meet the person behind Hearthline.

Hi, I’m Mikayla, founder of Hearthline Contracting Co.

Over the years, I’ve had a front-row seat to the construction industry, and I kept noticing the same thing: sometimes the hardest part of a home project isn’t the work itself—it’s everything happening in between. A project can involve talented people and still become stressful when communication gets lost, schedules don’t line up, small details are overlooked, or no one person is taking responsibility for keeping the entire project moving forward.

That’s why I created Hearthline.

I wanted to build a different kind of contracting experience—one centered around organization, communication and personal attention.

When you work with Hearthline, you aren’t left trying to coordinate multiple trades, keep track of who is coming when, or figure out who to call when something changes. You have one point of contact: me.

I coordinate the people, scheduling and details behind your project, working with trusted trade professionals to bring everything together from the initial walkthrough through the final punch list.

What matters to me

I believe homeowners deserve to know what’s happening in their own home. That means clear expectations. Thoughtful planning. Honest communication. Respect for your budget and your property. And when something doesn’t go according to plan—as sometimes happens in construction—you deserve someone who communicates with you and works toward a solution instead of disappearing.

Hearthline isn’t about becoming the biggest contracting company in town. It’s about being the company people trust to handle their home well.

That’s the standard I’m building Hearthline around.

One project. One point of contact.

Home projects. Handled.
